In what is believed to be a first in New Zealand, if not the Southern Hemisphere, Lincoln University has adopted a matrix organisation structure for the delivery of educational services. The structure is based upon the formation of Undergraduate, PostGraduate and Professional Schools who will purchase outputs from the existing academic departments. Guinness Gallagher was actively involved in assisting the University through its exciting changes, including a detailed review of its non-academic support functions.
		This is the underlying philosophy of Guinness Gallagher and it underpinned our success at Lincoln University. By working with all stakeholders from the academic and support staff through to the students themselves, we were able to guide everyone through a complex change process. The changes at Lincoln University reinforce its position as New Zealand's leading quality tertiary provider.
