In
what is believed to be a first in New Zealand, if not the Southern Hemisphere,
Lincoln University has adopted a matrix organisation structure for the
delivery of educational services. The structure is based upon the formation
of Undergraduate, PostGraduate and Professional Schools who will purchase
outputs from the existing academic departments. Guinness Gallagher was
actively involved in assisting the University through its exciting changes,
including a detailed review of its non-academic support functions.
